A vehicle and support worker for up to 3 hours, providing transport and appropriate accompaniment from pick-up through to returning home.

How it works

  1. Book

    Tell us when and where transport is required and provide the appointment or destination details.

  2. Pick-up

    A Fresh Idea support worker arrives with the vehicle and assists the client with departure.

  3. Transport & Support

    We transport the client to their destination and the support worker remains available to provide appropriate accompaniment and assistance.

  4. Return Home

    When finished, we transport the client back home and assist them with their return.
