Care relationships
Plan communication with the aged care providers currently supplied by your labour hire company so they understand their choices, timing and future service arrangements.
For labour hire & staff recruitment business owners
Protect the relationships, workers and continuity you have spent years building.
Fresh Idea works with labour hire and staff recruitment companies looking to sell or transition their aged care customer relationships. Whether you are winding down, leaving a market or changing direction, we can discuss taking on your client portfolio through an agreed commercial handover. Suitable members of your existing workforce can also apply to join us.
How it could work
Tell us why you are considering a change, the services you provide and the timeframe you have in mind.
We assess service locations, workforce roles, client needs, systems, contracts and any practical constraints.
If there is a fit, the written plan sets responsibilities, client consent steps, staff invitations, communications and timing.
Clients and workers make informed choices while both teams coordinate onboarding and service continuity.

Common questions
No. Fresh Idea does not acquire your labour hire company, entity, shares, debts, premises or employees. We provide an agreed pathway for consenting aged care providers supplied by your company to move their labour requirements and for suitable staff to apply to join Fresh Idea.
Only after a process has been agreed. Communications should be coordinated, transparent and supported by the consents and authorities required for each relationship and record.
No. Existing staff choose whether to apply. We can provide a streamlined application pathway that recognises information supplied through the transition, while still completing identity, work rights, experience, role-specific compliance and other required checks.
The focus is the future labour supply relationship between your labour hire company and its consenting aged care clients. Existing staff may be invited to apply separately. Historical liabilities, debts, employment obligations and the business entity do not transfer.
Fresh Idea pays your labour hire company 25% of all billables generated from the aged care clients it transfers for six months. The six-month period starts when the client transfers commence, with the commencement date and reporting arrangements recorded in the transition agreement.
We consider aged care workforce transitions across Australia. Suitability and timing depend on the locations, client requirements, workforce mix and the service coverage needed.
Speak before you announce
Share the broad outline first. Identifying information can wait until there is a clear reason, appropriate safeguards and an agreed next step.
